Great work Darryl. As the Executor of my late husbands’ rural property, I had to ensure the best outcome for his recipients. After passing away two years ago, I got four appraisals from various local agents. Darryl was thorough in his appraisal, had more local intelligence about properties, and was honest. His appraisal was not the highest, but he did suggest that if I waited till the creek was running and the dam was full it would yield an additional 10% or more in the purchase price.
