Great work Darryl. As the Executor of my late husbands’ rural property, I had to ensure the best outcome for his recipients. After passing away two years ago, I got four appraisals from various local agents. Darryl was thorough in his appraisal, had more local intelligence about properties, and was honest. His appraisal was not the highest, but he did suggest that if I waited till the creek was running and the dam was full it would yield an additional 10% or more in the purchase price. I didn't list it with him, as I didn't want the sale stagnating over the drought period. Six weeks after the rain broke, I got Darryl out to do a re-appraisal and list the property for sale. His appraisal was 15% more than previous. He listed it and sold it three days later for about 18% more than what I had expected. My husbands’ recipients are happy.
